Yesterday the Columbus Board of Realtors published Central Ohio’s Housing Report for January 2013. They reported that January home sales have been the highest for the first month of the year since 2007. The full report can be seen here:

The Columbus Board of REALTORS® News Articles and Real Estate Data.

Within this article it reports that almost all central Ohio Realtors feel the current housing market is moderate to strong, and 100% expect the real estate market to be moderate to strong over the next six months. Price-wise, over 9 out of 10 predict prices to remain the same or rise in the next year.

At Hicks Elite Realty Professionals, we agree with these positive predictions and are thrilled by all the real estate activity in Columbus, as well as within our office. Just in the past week, we have listed several new properties and are confident we will find the right buyers for these wonderful homes.
